The Tokai Forest Arboretum is a national monument with a variety of tree species. Since 1993 a section of the upper forest has been made available to mountain-bikers, with spectacular Tokai Forest mountain biking trails. We cycle the trails of the Constantia berg Mountains with stunning views across the Southern Suburbs to The Hottentots Holland Mountains and beyond. After a good ride, in the Tokai Forest we cool off with drinks and snacks in the shade of the forest. The mountain biking trail is probably the Peninsula’s finest off-road trail and a must for mountain biking enthusiasts
